A Collection of Stories
Last night I dreamed about the most beloved dog I’ve ever had the good fortune to share my life with. It was the first dream in which he appeared to me since he passed over the rainbow bridge, a year ago last July. Then, this morning, my Facebook feed was filled with dog memes and photos, so I thought it might be time to put together a collection of my dog stories, in case anyone finds canine companionship comforting as we slide into the cooler fall weather.
In New Mexico, it’s the opposite: Fall is hiking and gardening weather, and I have two furry companions to keep me company outdoors. If you’re interested, you’ll be able to read all about them in the stories below. Some are short and some are quite a lengthy tale, but every one is a love story.
